Is the engagement itself private?
Yes. Discretion is the product. We work under signed NDAs, hold the minimum data needed, and never publish client names, faces, or details. Anonymized outcomes are the only thing we share, and only with permission.
Is any of this legal?
Privacy consulting and the Extreme Privacy methodology are legitimate. We help you control and reduce your own data exposure and harden physically. We do not help anyone evade lawful legal process, defraud a person, or hide assets from courts or legitimate creditors.
What's in scope — and what isn't?
In scope: exposure assessment, data-broker reduction, account and device hardening, alias and mail strategy, and a documented plan you keep. Out of scope: anything that misleads a bank, the IRS, an employer, or any party legally entitled to your information.
Do you guarantee removal or total anonymity?
No, and be skeptical of anyone who does. Data re-populates and new sources appear; removal is ongoing, not a one-time event. We tell you what we can reduce, by how much, and how to keep it down. We underclaim and overdeliver.
What's your refund policy?
Fixed-price deliverables (audit, plan) are scoped before you pay. If we can't deliver the agreed scope, we make it right. Specifics live in the Service Agreement you sign before any engagement.
