This Privacy Policy explains how M9ND LLC, including its operating ventures such as Deep Space and Exigenix, collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your personal information when you visit this website or use our services, and the rights you have over your information. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

M9ND LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company ("M9ND," "we," "us," or "our"). Deep Space and Exigenix are operating ventures of M9ND LLC. For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), M9ND LLC is the data controller of personal information processed through this site. 2. Information we collect

We practice data minimization and collect only what we need:

• Information you provide. Your name, email address, phone number, company, and the details of an inquiry when you contact us, request a quote, subscribe to a membership, or otherwise communicate with us.
• Payment information. When you purchase a service or subscription, payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your full card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us; we receive limited transaction information (such as confirmation, the last four digits, and billing metadata).
• Information collected automatically. Basic technical data necessary to serve and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, recorded in standard server logs.
• Cookieless analytics. We measure how the site is used with PostHog, running in cookieless mode and served through our own domain. It sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser. Events (a page view, a click on a venture card or region, a click through to a venture) are attributed to a daily-rotating hash computed on PostHog's servers from your IP address, user agent, and our domain; the hash cannot be reversed and is not stored beyond the day. You can turn analytics off entirely at Preferences.
• Engagement information. If you become a client of a venture, we process the information reasonably necessary to perform the engagement, under the contracts described in our Agreements summary and on a need-to-know basis.

This site self-hosts its fonts, scripts, and assets. It loads no third-party advertising or social tracking scripts and no analytics script from any third-party host. The one third-party resource it loads is Cloudflare Turnstile, on the Deep Space exposure self-check form only, to block automated abuse; Turnstile runs under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• provide, operate, and maintain the site and our services;
• respond to inquiries and provide quotes and support;
• process payments and administer memberships and subscriptions;
• send service messages and, where you have opted in, our newsletter;
• secure the site and prevent fraud and abuse; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. Legal bases for processing (GDPR)

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver services you request); legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the site, balanced against your rights); consent (for optional communications such as our newsletter, which you may withdraw at any time); and compliance with a legal obligation (such as tax and accounting records).

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers (processors) who act on our behalf under contract, including Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), PostHog (cookieless analytics, processed in the United States), and our hosting and infrastructure providers. They may process your information only as needed to provide their services to us.
• Legal and safety disclosures where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of M9ND, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Cookies and tracking

We set no tracking cookies. The only cookie this site ever sets is a short-lived state cookie used during editor sign-in to the content management system at /admin, which visitors never receive. Two browser storage keys hold your interface preferences on this device only: the sound setting and the analytics setting. Neither leaves your browser. Full detail is in the Cookie Policy.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to provide services you have requested, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements, after which we delete or anonymize it.

8. Data security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information by email.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Your rights (EEA / UK)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to restrict or object to processing; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 11. Your rights (California and other US states)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended ("CCPA/CPRA"), gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; to request deletion or correction of your personal information; and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah) have similar rights. 12. Children's privacy

This site and our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
