Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 5, 2026
Our conformance target, what we know falls short, and how to tell us.
M9ND LLC wants every visitor to be able to use this site. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Semantic HTML, real headings, and a skip link on every page.
- Every page works with JavaScript disabled; the content is in the page, not fetched after it loads.
- Keyboard navigation for everything interactive, with visible focus.
- Text meets the WCAG 2.2 AA contrast minimum everywhere. Primary body text exceeds 7:1 on both the light and the dark identity; secondary and muted text measures at least 6:1 on the light identity and above 10:1 on the dark one.
- Motion respects your system's reduced-motion setting: scroll reveals and the brain's idle movement are turned off.
- Self-hosted fonts with
font-display: swap, so text never waits on a download.
Known limitations
- The interactive brain on the home page is a WebGL scene. It is decorative: every region it offers is also a plain link in the list beside it and in the portfolio below, and those are what assistive technology reads.
- Third-party surfaces we send you to (Stripe checkout, the sign-in provider for editors) are governed by their own accessibility work.
